QE Fam Trip to Ireland 2018

QE Fam Trip to Ireland 2018

Quality English recently hosted a Fam Trip to some of the Quality English schools in Ireland. Led by Frances, our Agent Relations and Missions Manager, this three-day trip set off straight from StudyWorld London and brought together 15 agents.

A Fam Trip offers a group of agents a chance to tour a set of schools in order to find out about the courses, facilities and activities on offer. We visited 9 schools and met with the owners of each. Meeting owners who are passionate about their schools and the standards they maintain, is an important feature of our Fam Trips rips as it enables the agent to not only get a clearer idea of the courses on offer, but also a good feel for the school, which means they can speak knowledgeably about the school to prospective students.

The first day on the QE Ireland Fam Trip was to Bray and Dublin where the agents were taken to see ATC Bray, Emerald Cultural Institute, The Linguaviva Centre, Atlantic Language Dublin and ATC Language Schools Dublin. In the evening, we enjoyed dinner and live music.

On day two, we visited our remaining schools in Dublin – The Horner School of English and Frances King School of English. We then made our way to Cork to visit Cork School of English.  Our agents were also given time to explore Cork and see first-hand what it has to offer as a destination for all types of language student.

On our third and final day of visits, we headed to the coastal city of Galway to tour Atlantic Language Galway and the Bridge Mills Language Centre. Our agents enjoyed a cultural city tour, and then had time to do their own sightseeing.

Having Quality English schools in three very different Irish cities offers students a wide choice. Some students prefer the blend of history and modern attractions of Dublin, whilst others prefer the more intimate and traditional feel of Cork or the vibrant atmosphere of Galway.
