St Clare's Oxford announces new subject: π—–π—Όπ—Ίπ—½π˜‚π˜π—²π—Ώ 𝗦𝗰𝗢𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

St Clare's Oxford is excited to announce the introduction of a new subject, π—–π—Όπ—Ίπ—½π˜‚π˜π—²π—Ώ 𝗦𝗰𝗢𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, to both our Pre-IB and IB Diploma programmes!

Computer Science will be a choice in Group 4 of the IB Diploma, offered at both higher and standard levels, and as part of the Science subject area of the Pre-IB.

Computer Science is the study of computers and computational systems. It covers a range of topics related to the theoretical aspects of computing, including algorithms and software design, and the application of computer science to solve practical problems.

Computer Science can be considered to be cross-disciplinary, as it draws from a range of disciplines, especially mathematics.
