New Young Executive Program at VGC International College

VGC’s new Young Executive Program is the perfect Summer Program for teens with a higher level of English (Cambridge level FCE).

This summer program is open to young leaders ages 13-18 and provides students with practical business skills. This program provides students the option to take one or both of our Leadership or Entrepreneurship courses.

In the Leadership course (July 4 - July 16), students will learn about different styles of leadership as well as discover their own styles. These skills will be developed and applied to both professional and everyday situations, equipping students with life skills for success.

In the Entrepreneurship course (July 18 - July 30), students are introduced to key elements needed to create and run a successful business. Students will work together to develop a business plan and learn how to apply various business frameworks in an international environment.

Each course is two weeks in length and students are required to complete the entire course length. To be eligible, students must have an English level of 5.5 IELTS, VGC level 6, or equivalent. Students can take VGC’s free online placement test to confirm their English level.

Run by the school's dedicated and experienced staff, VGC's Summer Teen program is extremely popular with teens and parents from around the world. With a high nationality mix, a focus on academic studies, and a variety of fun afternoon activities, the students gain valuable life skills.

The school's Homestay program also offers a safe and welcoming environment where students live with families of diverse backgrounds in the Greater Vancouver area. Families will provide three meals a day and live close to public transportation. The activities are custom-built for VGC students and can’t be found anywhere else.
