At Beet Language Centre, learning English goes far beyond the classroom.
At Beet, our Volunteer and Social Outreach Programme gives students the opportunity to engage with the local community while developing key skills and improving their English.
Students can volunteer across a variety of sectors including education, care, retail, conservation, and heritage. Placements include organisations such as local schools, care homes, the British Heart Foundation, community charities, libraries, and Highcliffe Castle.
The programme provides a rewarding experience, allowing students to meet new people, gain practical experience, and make a positive impact. Each student tracks their progress and receives an official Beet certificate at the end of their placement.
