| Description: | The PET (the Preliminary English Test)is a test of general English run by Cambridge ESOL. It is well-known and respected in many countries. The PET exam is one level below the Cambridge FCE exam, and corresponds roughly to the intermediate level at Languages International. The exam tests reading writing, listening and speaking. Candidates can Pass with Merit, Pass, Narrow Fail or Fail. Passing candidates receive a certificate. |
