The Millfield English Language Holiday Courses offer high quality English tuition combined with sporting or creative activity options, full social programme and twice weekly excursions.
On one of four beautiful and safe campuses in the rural southwest of the UK students aged between 6 and 17 years have a really worthwhile educational experience which is seen by the students themselves as an exciting Easter or summer holiday. Many students return to us year after year to improve their English, learn new activities, see old friends and make new friends from around the world, take examinations, visit places of interest and have a really great time.

Four campuses - one family, all located in beautiful southwest UK. Millfield campus is modern with landscaped gardens, lakes and a sculpture trail. Peaceful Downside campus is quintessentially English (think Harry Potter!), historic King's Bruton is nearly 500 years old and Millfield Prep campus is ideally suited to younger children. We provide high quality, safe and comfortable campus accomodationon on all four beautifully maintained campuses. We provide laundry services twice weekly. Each single sex boarding house has a Residential Co-ordinator responsible for pastoral care. Unless directed otherwise we accommodate students of different nationalities together to encourage friendships and spoken English. House competitions also help students make friends and identify with their 'house' whilst trying to win the house cup.
Campus Accommodation
Safe accommodation on campus. 1, 2 or 4 bed rooms for 12-17 year olds in single sex boarding houses and 2, 3 , 4 or 6 bed rooms for 7-11 year olds. Requests to stay with friends will be honoured if possible.
