Several weeks into the new world of Zoom, virtual backgrounds & online English language tuition, we asked some of our current Cork English College - CEC Virtual students to share their experiences of learning online. One such student is Cora-Lynn from France who was studying with us in Cork when we had to take the difficult but necessary decision to go virtual. Learn first-hand of Cora-Lynns experience of CEC Virtual and how quality teaching & learning is not simply limited to traditional programmes -
"For a few weeks I have been following the online courses offered by CEC. I find the courses very enriching and the format is very complete. In four hours a day we study a lot of topics (grammar, discussion, writing and listening). There is very good interaction with the students and the teacher. There are about 10 people in my class, which makes it easier for us to talk to each other. We have a part of personal work to continue learning on a new platform that is very responsive and complete. There are grammar exercises and vocabulary reviews. It's a very good tool!
You also benefit from a personalized follow up done by the teachers. They give you plenty of tips, strategies and resources if you are looking for tools to deepen your language learning process according to your own needs.
I couldn't have chosen a better school to help reach my goals!" , Cora-Lynn Vaissiere, from France.
