Valencia Football Club is Teaming Up with CEC

Cork English College (CEC) is delighted to introduce you to a new junior programme for summer 2020, which is English plus Football with Valencia football club! Following from the success of their Football with FC Porto programme, they have now teamed up with one of Spain’s most well-known clubs. Valencia CF has many accomplishments including their win of six La Liga titles and reaching two UEFA Champions League finals. They have made it to seven major European finals and have won four of these.

Students will be taught by the professional coaches who teach the Valencia team, resulting in the school's students receiving top-class training through English to improve their language skills at the same time. All students will get their own Valencia CF academy kit too! These lessons will be in the afternoon, while students will have English lessons in the morning in CEC. As CEC is a Quality English school, students’ will also have top-class education, making this an exciting and popular new programme!

On top of all this, the students will get to experience a social and cultural programme. They will have many activities such as karaoke or a disco in the evening, and on Saturday they will have a full day trip where they will get the opportunity to explore some of Ireland’s most beautiful and famous tourist destinations! Some past day trips CEC's students have enjoyed include the Ring of Kerry, Kilkenny Castle and Killarney. This will be a wonderful experience for all involved and CEC can’t wait until summer 2020 already!
