What is Quality English?
Quality English is a brand under which independently managed English language schools market themselves. Schools which offer lessons in English language, refresher courses for English language teachers & English language activity courses are proud to be represented by the QE brand.
The aim of Quality English is to offer agents a portfolio of well-established, high quality schools in a variety of locations.
All QE schools offer their language travel agents direct access for bookings, problem solving etc. to the actual people on the ground who provide the service (Principal, Enrolments Officer, Accommodation Manager)

How is it different from FIRST, EAQUALS etc?
QE is not a consortium. The brand belongs to the shareholders of a limited company which sells its brand marketing services to subscribing schools. Decision-making is thus quick and responsive, and the company's focus is entirely customer-oriented. Thus, agent feedback will be quickly acted upon.
How are schools chosen?
QE schools are chosen by the board of QE board and executive, on the basis of a solid reputation for consistently good quality within the industry, and by agents themselves. All schools are asked to submit the names of ten agents with whom they regularly do business, and these references are carefully checked. It is in the interests of all QE subscribers that QE schools now and in the future should be thoroughly reliable and of good quality.
Quality Control
QE regularly monitors the quality of its schools through student feedback, agent references and accreditation results. These must be of an excellent and consistent standard.
A QE Agent
A QE agent is a special status reached by agreement with the QE executive.

- visits support when agents are on the road - we can put together ready-made itineraries for them
- enrol students on the QE site and still get commission from the School
You will
- recommend Quality English schools to students who enquire directly to you
- respond to a student or a language trainer email enquiry from the QE website within 2 working days
- book students at a QE school (if the QE courses are appropriate to the needs of the student)
- provide a quality service to the student and assist him/her in all aspects of the application
- display the QE logo on publicity materials
- reinforce the QE brand
