We offer our students a huge range of activities after school and at weekends. These include Maori concerts and hangis, farm tours and shows, luging, mountain biking, high ropes confidence courses, paintball, cooking classes and guided forest walks. At the weekends, we offer longer trips to other cities and beaches nearby.

The language school is situated in Rotorua which is famous for its unique geysers, hot mineral pools, beautiful forests and Maori culture. It is surrounded by mountains, native and exoctic forests and lakes in a clean, green natural environment. We are just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Rotorua, which has all the facilities you would expect of an international tourist destination.

Our courses will help you improve your English as quickly as possible, whether you need English for your work or for your personal use. You will be in a multi-national class with other students of the same level, using the most modern coursebooks and materials, such as the latest versions of New English File and Cutting Edge. As well as General English classes from Beginner to Advanced, we also offer preparation courses for FCE, CAE and CPE, IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC. Classes have a maximum of 12.

We recommend our approved Homestay accommodation, where you can enjoy getting to know a New Zealand family. Rotorua is a visitor city, and our families are welcoming and interested in hosting people from other countries. They are carefully chosen and checked by the school. Most are 2 - 10 kms from the school. Some students live in flats near the school, and we can arrange for a real estate agent to help you find a flat. There is a student hostel, Waiariki House, and also backpacker hostels.
