CORK ENGLISH COLLEGE is located in the centre of Cork City, on the banks of the River Lee. Cork is Ireland's second city and capital of the ancient province of Munster. It is a small city with a population of 180,000 and a compact city centre. Yet, is has all the facilities of a modern city, as befits its status as the commercial, cultural and political capital of the South. It is accessible through Cork international Airport and Ferryport as well as through an excellent Bus and Rail Network.

With the broad range of courses available for both adults and juniors, we have the right course for you. Once you arrive at the school we assess your written and oral skills just to make doubly sure that you’re on the right course. Great care is taken to ensure that the right balance between the four skills is maintained throughout – speaking, reading, listening and writing.

You can stay with a host family or in a self-catering apartment. You can also check into a hotel or take a room in a bed and breakfast. We go to great lengths to select our host families and you can rest assured that they have all passed our rigorous selection procedures.
